I have experience working with children and adults who struggle with ADHD, PTSD, anxiety, relationship issues, LGBTQIA+ related challenges, assertiveness training, and low self-esteem.
I am a collaborative, creative, and interactive therapist who utilizes multiple therapeutic approaches depending on the needs of the client. Such approaches include Narrative Therapy, Feminist Therapy, CBT, ARC, and Client-Centered approaches. For kids, I focus on non-directed play and activity based therapy models as well.
Healing occurs within a secure and containing therapeutic relationship, where you can be seen at your most authentic without judgement.
