I help pre-engaged, premarital, and newly married couples explore critical topics, establish strong communication skills, deepen emotional connection, and navigate conflict with confidence and compassion. I also work with individuals who want to better understand themselves, build self-worth, and develop healthier relationships—whether in parenting, partnership, or personal growth.

My approach is grounded in Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT), EMDR, attachment theory, and the Gottman Method (Level 2). I also incorporate Prepare/Enrich and Safe Conversations tools to support couples in creating lasting, meaningful change.
