| español Many of my clients are high achievers, yet overwhelmed by anxiety or depression. They feel self-doubt, guilty, confused and stuck. They struggle with intense emotions and not feeling "good enough." They are looking for something different, something that will help give them new insights, concrete skills and hope. I provide therapy for teens, adults, parents and those 18+ interested in Ketamine-Assisted Therapy (KAP). Using a blend of modalities, I support people to have more self-compassion, try new ways of being, and develop skills that will leave them feeling confident and empowered.
My style is informed by my background in children and family work. Together with clients, we will examine how early relationships and experiences informed who you are today. We will uncover negative patterns that are no longer serving you and decide how to move forward with intuition and values. I facilitate growth and celebrate successes along the way.
My therapeutic style is grounded in the belief that authentic relationships are healing. Therefore, I am a deep listener, allowing clients to share their stories and express themselves freely. With this safety, builds the foundation for being vulnerable and trying new things. I strongly believe people are resilient and capable of extraordinary change.
