About
You can be happy and healthy! I believe there is power and potential in all of us for healing and growth. Therapy can be hard work and it can also be a shelter in the storm. Together we will work through old patterns, shame, trauma, fear, insecurities, etc.. Through deepening self-awareness, compassion and acceptance, you will be able to take better care of yourself and others, set heathy boundaries, and have deeper relationships. We will work to accept and let go of what holds you back so you can live more authentically and make the most of this life. Your story has indeed shaped you but you get to decide how the rest of it goes.
I love working with people who crave more meaningful relationships and want to get more out of life but may feel depressed, stuck, anxious, hurt, lost or insecure. It begins with the first step. I love working with individuals and couples of all orientations and relationship dynamics. I am a sex positive therapist and provide a safe space for you to be you.
My approach to therapy can be described as warm, collaborative, present and "down to earth". Therapy can be a powerful and life changing journey. I feel so grateful to connect with my clients in the deepest ways, sharing in the pain, joy, grief and triumphs this journey brings. I am passionate and excited to be a part of such an amazing process.

Process Group
I offer a weekly Process Group for my clients. Group Therapy is a great way to practice how we engage in relationship. It allows a unique opportunity to explore the many patterns of interacting and roles we take on in our relationships. Group therapy is a way to practice interpersonal skills and have honest authentic interaction with others. Group members learn to share and interact with one another in a way that promotes healing and encourages the personal development of each participant. Groups are made up of 4-8 people. Group therapy sessions are held on a weekly basis and are 75 minutes in length.
