I approach therapy from a transpersonal lens, meaning I work to hold space for all parts of your being—body, mind, and spirit.
Learning the tools you need to walk a path of healing and fulfillment are essential and unfortunately not something taught in most people's upbringing. I use a combination of methods depending on your needs such as Somatic Techniques, EMDR, Neuroscience, Internal Family Systems, Acceptance & Commitment Therapy, and Motivational Interviewing.
Having been through many difficult struggles in my own life, I understand how difficult it can be to trust that healing is possible. It takes incredible courage to commit to this work & I honor your bravery in taking this step. I believe in the strength of the human spirit & the wisdom our bodies hold.
