My practice is sex-positive, body-positive, LGBTQIA+ affirming, kink/BDSM aware, ethical non-monogamy/polyamory aware, secular, and welcoming of diverse spiritual paths, including pagan clients. I especially enjoy supporting people who have felt misunderstood, judged, or out of place in traditional therapy settings.
I also work with high-achievers, clinicians under supervision, newly licensed therapists, and other helping professionals who are struggling with perfectionism, emotional exhaustion, or the impact of caring for others. I offer discounted therapy sessions for early-career clinicians, along with case consultation.

AFFIRM is an evidence-based, affirmative cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT) group designed to support LGBTQIA+ youth in building resilience, coping skills, and self-acceptance.
