Life can feel overwhelming when the weight of past experiences lingers in the present. If you’ve been carrying the impact of trauma, attachment wounds, or anxiety, you may find yourself stuck in survival mode—on edge, disconnected, or exhausted. Healing is possible, and you don’t have to do it alone. I specialize in EMDR and help adults and teens work through complex trauma, attachment wounds, anxiety, and the effects of a vulnerable or overwhelmed nervous system. My approach goes beyond managing surface-level symptoms. Together, we’ll explore and heal the root of your pain & restore balance to your nervous system.

I help clients move out of survival mode by addressing the root of trauma, anxiety, and attachment wounds—not just the symptoms. By utilizing EMDR and focusing on the nervous system I guide clients in processing painful experiences and building healthier patterns of connection and self-trust. For those wanting faster progress, I also offer EMDR intensives.

I focus heavily on healing and stabilizing the nervous system. This includes understanding the why behind what you are experiencing, and giving you practical tools to use when needed. Once we have stabilization we can continue moving forward to heal the emotional wounds that are present. Wounds are both from things that did happen, and those that did not happen, that were needed at the time.
