I am a licensed therapist in TN, and am certified in EMDR the Safe and Sound Protocol. I specialize in EMDR therapy for adults and kids which can help you live in the present and fully resolve your past. My goldendoodle, Baymax, also joins me for some of my sessions to support clients.
I offer individual sessions, as well as EMDR intensives. Intensives are typically 4-hour sessions where we can deep-dive into one focus area for more timely relief.
