I have been in practice for 30+ years and as a clinically trained social worker I have served in several interesting capacities. My current practice focuses on young adults, adults, marital and premarital counseling. My goal as a therapist is to join with you in your journey and to support you in developing skills to make healthy life choices. I adapt my theoretical style to provide an individual treatment plan to fit your specific needs. My approach is a blend of client centered and solution focused therapy. I employ Cognitive Behavior Therapy (CBT), Mindfulness, and Attachment theories.
Having been a clinician for 3 decades has provided me with a broad range of experiences to draw from. I bring empathy and warmth to the therapy process. I have been married for 37 years, have two adult children and two grandsons. I enjoy helping clients through the different seasons of family life !
