I am an integrative and strengths-based therapist, who approaches therapy from a place of warmth and authenticity. I specialize in neurodivergent matters, including Autism, ADHD, OCD, learning differences, gifted, 2e/3e, and high sensitivity. I also have a background in working with the LGBTQ+ community, eating differences, anxiety, and depression.
