Welcome! I believe that each of us has the capacity of living fulfilling, present and balanced lives. My approach to counseling is centered in helping you to explore the emotional, social, spiritual, and physical aspects that have an impact on your overall well-being. I value creating a genuine, nonjudgmental and compassionate relationship to help support you in your experience of becoming healthy and whole; whatever that specifically means for you. I will be entirely present with you during our time together and attentive to your goals for therapy.

Every individual is unique in their journey and has specific needs. I primarily work from a Gestalt framework; all sessions will be in the here and now with an emphasis on safety, trust, and awareness. We will co-create a field that supports your healing; I will integrate different treatment orientations that align with your needs and values.

I have 10 years experience. I began my career in the substance abuse/addiction field. I have been in private practice for the last 4 years and enjoy both individual and group therapy. I have worked with a variety of issues including anxiety, depression, life transitions, relationship issues, self-esteem, grief and various emotional disturbances.

LGBTQ+ Support Group

First group May 7, 2025. Open to all who identify as LGBTQ+ and are 18 & older. This free and in-person group is a safe and non-judgmental space for members to connect, share experiences, and support one another in an inclusive environment. The group will be a confidential setting to discuss various topics related to the unique challenges faced by the LGBTQ+ community. While this is intended as a peer led support group, there will be a counselor present to help facilitate safe discussion.

The Sacred Circle for Women

July 2025 - Date/time TBD. The Sacred Circle for Women is a therapy group that provides a space for women to connect, heal and grow. Therapy groups provide a range of benefits and are led by a mental health professional who attends to the process dynamics of each individual as well as the group entity as a whole. This group is intended to be a safe, authentic, and supportive space that allows exploration of interpersonal and intrapersonal relationships, habitual “ways of being” that negatively impact functioning, and support in making changes in your life. Limited to 12 total participants.
