Hi, I'm Katie! I am so glad you’re here. From experience, I know reaching out for help can be hard. That may seem cliche, but one of my favorite things to do is see people grow and change the course of their life. My therapeutic approach includes humor, empathy, openness, and back-and-forth dialogue. I utilize trauma-informed approaches and techniques such as CBT and change these approaches to best meet the individual needs of my clients. I specialize in anxiety, depression, LGBTQ+ issues, life changes, ADHD, children/teens, and adults 18+.
