As an EMDRIA-approved EMDR therapist, I help clients process trauma and find relief from distressing memories. Additionally, I have advanced training in Exposure and Response Prevention (ERP), often combined with Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), for OCD and anxiety. And, as a gender specialist with WPATH training, I proudly provide affirming care.
