My approach is to provide empathy and challenge and help clients move toward transformation to make necessary changes.
I specialize in EMDR as well as helping individuals break free from anxiety, feelings of low self-worth, and helping people to restore their relationships with others. I also work with people experiencing depression, ADHD, behavior disorders in children and adolescents, special needs, job loss, grief, and abuse. Many times helping people heal from trauma.
