I love exploring the connection between the mind and the body, and for folks who are curious about this connection, I also integrate counseling with BodyTalk.
Clients experience me as a warm and engaged listener. I believe emotional health is the ability to be present and compassionate with our own heart, mind, and body, which then transforms our relationships with others.
