I am a licensed clinical psychologist who works individually with adults aged 18 and older. I am a PSYPACT provider, which allows me to offer virtual therapy in most states (please refer to the PSYPACT map/website or my personal website for a detailed list of eligible states). I also offer in-person sessions at my office in Southeast Denver, Colorado.
I work with adults struggling with a variety of mental health concerns including but not limited to depression, anxiety, relationship difficulties and stress related to parenting, career, school, adjustment concerns, and overall self-fulfillment.
As a Level 2 AEDP clinician, my orientation privileges healing over pathology. My work also integrates attachment theory, mindfulness, CBT, DBT, EFT, and IFS. With my unique background in affective/cognitive neuroscience, I help clients understand the brain’s role in mental health, especially the neuroplastic changes that accompany healing through therapy.
I view therapy as a truly collaborative process that allows me to bring my expertise, warmth, humor, and authenticity together with the remarkable courage, resilience and innate healing capacity each cherished client brings to our work.
