About
Life is filled with challenges. It is not uncommon those hurdles you once were able to jump over, now seem unattainable to tackle. These challenges can leave us anxious, depressed or with a sense of loss. Grief and loss can feel heavy and isolating. Life transitions and change can be difficult to adapt to. Seeking support in someone who can truly listen and provide neutral guidance can make a large difference in how you navigate the crazy ride we call life.
I offer tangible skills to examine your thinking and modify behavior, all while highlighting your personal strengths. Empathy, compassion and non-judgement are pillars of my practice. I believe in a team approach and we will work together, at your pace, to accomplish your goals. I have a special interest in working with those with chronic illness/cancer.
Opening up to a therapist can feel daunting and it takes courage to ask for help. With some extra support, you have what it takes to be well. It's time to invest in yourself. This is a supervised private practice- It is owned by a master’s level, non-independent licensee under Board-approved clinical supervision.
