We are all a product of our stories; the good, the bad, and everything between. Many times, we aren’t aware of how rooted we are in past beliefs and relationship narratives or how deeply they’ve impacted our current choices and decisions. Therapy allows us to uncover the different sides of ourselves, to unlearn unhelpful beliefs and to emphasize positive ones. Together, we can create a collaborative environment that will help you gain a greater sense of self-awareness. I specialize in treating trauma, anxiety, depression and PTSD with a range of modalities including EMDR therapy, IFS and Accelerated Resolution Therapy.
My therapeutic approach has been described as warm, positive, and creative. My intuitive and down-to-earth approach paired with my clinical expertise will create a foundation for you to feel safe and seen, listened to and understood. We’ll work together to get you on a path toward renewal and the understanding of self.
Therapy is not a “one size fits all” approach. I get to know each of my clients individually to devise a plan that will best work for them. I am currently am dually licensed in Colorado and Montana and see individuals via telehealth. I look forward to speaking with you.
