About
Have you lost yourself in the midst of everything life asks of you? Do you feel stuck, like you'll never grow again? You're experiencing difficulties of being in the world like anxiety, perfectionism, withdrawal, depression, dissociation, burnout, emotional dysregulation, and other symptoms. And you just don't know what to do. And yet; I see in the natural world how each plant knows intimately when to show up and show out. In my experience, as humans, we have this inner knowledge as well. You too can into your inner wisdom to know how to grow and bloom; what you may need to let go of to expand into the fullness of who you are.
I am client-centered, somatically informed, trauma minded, neurodivergent affirming, LGBTQIA+ affirming. I incorporate EMDR, IFS, and other body based tools to access the inner stillness, confidence, and compassion that reflects the complexity of your experience and being.
It won't always be this hard. Together we can replant your garden for fullness, for growth, for joy. When you are ready, reach out. The work can begin.

As parents, we desire to support our children. But there come times when we just don’t know how. This is an open, psycho-ed and process support group for parents of kids who are identifying as transgender. This is a confusing time for parents with new words to learn, new ways to show respect to your kids, and what feels like a new person to know. This is a safe space for you to bring all this confusion and doubt so that as parents of trans youth, you can walk this journey together.
