Over the years, I have had the privilege of working with a diverse range of individuals who have faced various forms of trauma, from the subtle to the profound. My mission as a clinical social worker is to create a safe and nurturing space where healing can flourish, empowering my clients to overcome the emotional scars that trauma can leave behind. I understand that healing is a unique and deeply personal journey, and I tailor my therapeutic techniques to meet the individual needs of each client, fostering resilience and supporting healing from within.
I am a certified EMDR therapist and am trained in Internal Family Systems. As an infant mental health mentor I provide reflective supervision to professionals serving families with babies and young children. I provide LLMSW/LLBSW supervision, and consultation toward EMDR certification as a consultant in training.
