This retreat will take place in the White Mountains of NH. Katie LaPlant, LICSW will present ideas and concepts that will transform your thinking and renew your mind, body and spirit through storytelling, journaling, group sharing and activities, mindfulness, meditation, gentle movement, breathwork, gentle and restorative yoga postures and guided imagery.
