I primarily have experience working with individual adults as they navigate the long-term consequences of anxiety and perfectionism. Often I find myself working with individuals whose symptoms manifest in disordered eating, OCD, anxiety disorders, and relationship difficulties. I celebrate when my clients finally start living a life that feels authentic. I'm deeply convinced that each person needs to be treated as a whole person- physically, emotionally, and spiritually- to experience healing and fully integrated living. I love to incorporate the Christian faith in my treatment planning IF that is a desired value for therapy.

I combine REBT, CBT, I-CBT, and DBT with somatic experiencing and guided imagery using Accelerated Resolution Therapy. I find this offers a trauma-informed whole-brain/body approach that often helps my clients get "unstuck" and begin living the life that they have been wanting to live for a long time.
Finding a clinically educated counselor who is a good fit can feel like a daunting and intimidating process. The hardest part of the process is finding someone who "gets you" and has the necessary training/experience to bring you hope in a time when you feel at your wit's end. It is BEST to get ahold of me via email- we will set up a consult call that way!
