I have experience working with at-risk youth, families, and individuals across various age groups. My specialties include delivering person-centered care through Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Motivational Interviewing (MI), Solution-Focused Therapy and Mindfulness. I enjoy making therapy fun or creative by including creative and artistic approaches!
Most of my post-secondary education focused on early childhood development and it has provided me with a solid foundation for understanding and addressing the needs of children, which has shaped and enhanced my therapeutic approach.
