Hi, I’m Katie. I hold a Master of Science in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Divine Mercy University and a Bachelor of Science in Therapeutic Recreation from the University of Wisconsin–La Crosse. I was raised with the philosophy that physical activity plays a powerful role in healing processes and can positively influence behavior.

Having been involved in sports throughout my life, I enjoy helping individuals discover the physical, mental, and emotional benefits of movement. I believe growth can be fostered in many ways—physically, socially, psychologically, spiritually, and emotionally.
As I continued my education and professional development, I learned the importance of holding space and slowing the process, allowing clients to experience deeper healing and flourishing in their lives.
