I provide therapy exclusively via secure telehealth for adults in Louisiana and Maine and am licensed to work with clients in both states. My work is grounded in the belief that healing happens within a safe, attuned relationship—one where you are met with compassion, curiosity, and respect for your lived experience. I work with adults navigating trauma, addiction and recovery, codependency, anxiety, depression, ADHD, and challenges related to neurodivergence, including autism spectrum traits. I also support family members of individuals with substance use concerns who are working to reclaim clarity, boundaries and a sense of peace.

My approach is relational and collaborative, integrating trauma informed care, mindfulness-base practices, DBT skills, insight- therapy, and Internal Family Systems (IFS) informed work. Therapy is not about fixing you—it's about understanding yourself more deeply, strengthening internal resources, and building meaningful, sustainable change.
