I specialize in working with clients with chemical dependency issues and eating disorders, as well as families and children affected by addiction. I also have vast experience working with trauma and anxiety disorders in teens and young adults. While I utilize multiple evidence-based approaches such as cognitive behavioral therapy, dialectical behavioral therapy, and somatic therapies, I am adamant that there is no one-size-fits-all approach to therapy.

I can let you guide the direction of our work together, as well as provide a more structured approach as needed. I am both direct and loving, which I believe are integral to building the therapeutic relationship.

In recovery myself, I am passionate about working with those who are brave enough to seek help to bring them in closer alignment with their authentic selves.
