Have you done traditional talk therapy but looking for a unique approach now? If you are someone ready to get out of your brain and into your body to find healing, then you’re in the right place. Instead of trying to find the “why” behind your struggles with your thinking brain, lets allow your body to show you the roots to your struggles. I do this with the use of somatic exercises (including mindfulness and Brainspotting), and Muscle Testing. Muscle Testing is a natural form of bio-feedback that aims to find and release unprocessed emotions , beliefs, and trauma from the body. I incorporate CBT and DBT approaches in my therapy.
My use of Muscle Testing is my specialty. This approach can be used to explore roots to various issues such as: Addiction, Disordered Eating Patterns, Anxiety, Depression, Avoidance, Anger, Physical Discomfort, Toxic Relationship Patterns, etc.
Don't need a therapist but still interested in Muscle Testing? I provide Muscle Testing as a stand-alone service for those who wish to do that. For therapy, I work with clients ages 15+. I work with all ages for Muscle Testing.
