I'm a Mental Health Therapist and Substance Use Disorder Professional. My passion is working with individuals with complex trauma and those who experience somatic complaints. My primary modality used in therapy includes Dialectic Behavioral Therapy (DBT) and Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT). I incorporate somatic techniques in therapy as well such as Emotion Freedom Technique (EFT) and Brainspotting (BSP).

I am also certified in the Emotion and Body Code. The diagnostic tool used in these modalities is Muscle Testing (a form of energy/biofeedback) which allows me to find unprocessed energy or emotions stored in a person's body (along with other imbalances), that are interfering with the person's healing, and mental heath or physical discomfort symptoms.

I incorporate Muscle Testing in my therapy for clients who feel like this modality will aid in their recovery process. I also provide Muscle Testing as a stand-alone service for those who are not needing therapy but would benefit from this service. For therapy, I work with clients ages 15+. I work with all ages for Muscle Testing.
