I use somatic based perspectives, including mindfulness and self-compassion to support you in being curious about your thoughts, feelings, and body, and understand your nervous system. We’ll help you find the practices that support you in strengthening the mind-body connection, respond rather than react automatically, and be able to notice what supports you.
