Welcome! I’m passionate about helping individuals find a sense of groundedness and connection while learning to navigate an overwhelming part of life. Feeling overwhelmed can cause us to question ourselves and feel untethered. I am here to hold space and walk with you as you reconnect to your innate ability to regulate, explore your experiences with greater curiosity and compassion, and find deeper connection with yourself and others.
My approach is based in compassionate curiosity, acknowledging and honoring your strengths, and befriending your nervous system. The majority of my practice focuses on supporting individuals who are feeling overwhelmed by chronic illness or relationship challenges.
Whether it's your body or other people who have let you down, I'm here to support you in cultivating the relationships and habits that help you feel more capable of navigating the difficult parts of life and enjoying the wonderful parts. Life can be challenging, and at the same time, be full of connection and joy.
