I integrate a range of evidence-based modalities, including mindfulness, EMDR, IFS (Internal Family Systems), and neurofeedback, tailoring each approach to meet your unique needs. In our early sessions, you can expect to gain insight into your patterns and behaviors, learn practical coping strategies, and begin building stronger, healthier relationships.
