I work with a diverse range of clients, including children as young as 2 years old, adolescents, and adults. I provide diagnostic evaluations and therapeutic support for various emotional and psychological concerns. My clients often seek help for issues such as depression, anxiety, mood-related challenges, attention-related differences, and Autism Spectrum conditions. I use a client-centered strength-based approach to help clients identify what is meaningful to them, and how to engage in behaviors that are consistent with their values. Treatment is developed around the client/family’s needs with strategies from Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), and Behavior Therapy.
