About
Are you worried, sad, or stressed? Are you concerned about your child or your family? Are you wondering if counseling might help you or your family? If you answered "yes" to any of these questions, then let's explore further to see how I can best serve you and your family. I help young people, emerging adults, and parents learn and use creative problem solving skills to better cope with anxiety, depression, behavioral issues, trauma histories and attachment and relationship challenges.
For over ten years, I have been helping children, adolescents, adults, and families through challenging life situations and complex emotional issues in order to make choices that increase peace, wisdom, and wellbeing in themselves and in their relationships.
I see myself as a co-journeyer, someone to help carry the pack when it feels too heavy for one to handle, and to hold hope for you, your child, and your family as you make your way to stronger relationships, health, and wholeness.
