Welcome! Whether you are pregnant, postpartum, or somewhere along the way, chances are you are looking for a place to be heard and understood. You've come to the right place. I ground my practice in creating a warm and nurturing environment, viewing each individual as already whole, and helping you get to a place where you see yourself as whole. We’ll walk together on the path of coming home to yourself, a place that can often feel very far away.
I often work with people on making sense of the role transition to motherhood and parenthood, healing childhood wounds, reparenting yourself through pregnancy and parenthood, breaking generational cycles, using your body as a tool for peace and safety, and identifying and building off of the strengths you already have.
I am passionate about and have specialized training in working with people during pregnancy and postpartum. Due to the high need and time sensitive nature, I am currently only accepting clients of all genders who are looking for specialized therapy in the areas of perinatal, postpartum, pregnancy questioning, and fertility.
