I specialize in the treatment of eating disorders, mood issues, and anxiety. For the past 8 years, I have developed extensive experience in assessing and treating eating disorders. I understand the complex and multi-faceted nature of eating disorders and other co-occurring mental health issues and will take the time to dive deep into all of the various factors of your life that are keeping you stuck. Whether you are struggling with an eating disorder, emotional overeating, poor body image, or are trying to achieve more balance with your eating, or you are struggling with anxiety, depression, or other issues, I am here to help!
I offer a kind and non-judgmental approach (with some humor thrown in) and strive to put myself in your shoes to best understand your unique issues and needs.
