I am a queer therapist and love working with those with diverse cultural backgrounds, sexual and gender orientations, and religious preferences. I hope to offer a judgement free space for self-exploration and learning tools that may help improve important relationships or quality of life.
I have experience in working with individuals experiencing depression, anxiety, ADHD, and working through difficult life transitions. I am passionate about working with those in the LGBTQIA+ community and utilize cognitive behavioral therapy, multigenerational family systems and feminist therapeutic approaches.
