I believe in creating a welcoming therapeutic space that is both person-centered and affirming. Therapy is a place for you and I work together to identify challenges and develop more effective ways of addressing those challenges. My services are always tailored to the individual and I work to maintain a collaborative and strengths-based environment where trust and safety are a top priority. Ultimately, I hope that our work together helps you feel comfortable and confident as you navigate the world.
My clinical expertise is working with those struggling with depression, anxiety, and/or sexual dysfunction. I utilize Cognitive Behavior Therapy as my primary therapeutic approach and integrate elements of trauma-informed, sex therapy, Humanistic, Relational/Rogerian, and Family Systems Theories to provide competent, effective, and compassionate care.
I am an LGBTQ/BDSM/Kink-friendly member of the American Association of Sex Educators, Counselors, and Therapists (AASECT). Additionally, I am experienced in providing care to people impacted by Intimate Partner Violence. My clinical expertise also encompasses people of alternative and dynamic sexualities and relational expressions.
