Looking for a down to earth and open-minded therapist? If so, we might be a great fit! Counseling can be a great tool for self-improvement. Many of us may find ourselves faced with overwhelming stress, anxiety, depression, and relationship issues in these challenging times. Counseling can be a safe place to process this and a way to discover inner resilience. I especially enjoy working with creative, artistic, intuitive and spiritual individuals. My style is interactive and conversational where we will help to identify underlying issues, determine where these originated and help to improve your level of functioning.
We will meet together to develop better coping skills, this may include relaxation techniques, EFT/ tapping, boundary setting, exploring natural resources and challenging negative thought patterns. I may also choose to integrate EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing) to help clients work through trauma and relief of symptoms.
I have over 15 years of experience in the mental health field and truly enjoy the work I get to do with clients. I believe that a good fit between therapist and client is important in the work we do and am happy to offer a free phone consultation to potential clients. I look forward to hearing from you!
