I believe balance, healing, and growth is possible and I'd like to help you on your journey to discover those things. My job as the therapist is to be a guide of sorts but YOU are in the driver seat. It isn't always easy reaching out for help, but I'm glad you're here doing just that. My passion is working with individuals who have survived traumas in their lives. I hope to help you gain a better connection to the skills and strength you inherently have while developing resiliency. Additionally, I am dedicated to working with the Bi-POC, LGBTQIA, and other underserved populations.
I am interested in serving a variety of clients with a variety of concerns. From trauma, anxiety and depression to adjustment, racial and generational trauma, relationships and overall stress. I am a Certified Clinical Trauma Professional and have years of experience working with clients who have survived a variety of types of traumas in their lives.
I understand how difficult it can be to ask for help, but I am glad you have gotten this far. My goal is to create a person centered, strengths focused, comfortable, compassionate therapeutic environment where we can work together to meet your goals and strengthen your inherent skills.
