Becoming a mom shakes everything up. It’s like a second adolescence— your body, your relationships, and your identity all change. It can be deeply uncomfortable. My goal is for you to trust yourself again and find ease in your new role. I don’t take too many clients, so I care deeply about each person I work with. I will remember the names of your loved ones. I will want to see pictures of your dog. I will consult with your doctors, advocate for you, and send you resources outside of session. Most of all, I will be genuinely curious to hear what you have to say.
I've specialized in women’s reproductive health for 8 years— specifically, maternal mental health, Endometriosis, & sexual abuse. My clinical style is warm and analytical. I am most often utilizing Internal Family Systems & Trauma-Informed Care. I incorporate art therapy and creative interventions whenever I can. I also offer EMDR.

Mom & Baby Support Group
This support group is designed for new moms with babies aged 0-6 months. With a focus on emotional well-being and navigating the challenges of having a new baby, this group offers an opportunity for new mothers to connect, learn, and thrive in the early months of motherhood. We meet once a week for 75 minutes over the course of 8 weeks, providing a consistent environment for mothers to grow together.
