Many of my clients describe feeling like they’re going through the motions of life, questioning who they truly are, or struggling to feel worthy of love and belonging. Some overextend for others or use substances to ease emotional pain. My role is to help you understand and transform those patterns with compassion and curiosity.
I believe most symptoms—like depression, anxiety, emptiness, or disconnection—are signals pointing toward unhealed wounds, often from earlier life experiences. Together, we’ll use those symptoms as guides, working to reach and heal the root causes rather than simply manage the surface.
The therapy I offer is deep and relational. Because trauma often happens in relationships, I believe healing also happens within a safe, supportive therapeutic relationship. Clients who work with me are often ready to go beyond coping skills to do the transformational work that creates new ways of relating to themselves and others.
Therapy should be challenging—but also deeply healing. You deserve to be seen & supported. We’ll laugh at times, you’ll cry sometimes, and we’ll do meaningful work together.
