Eating Disorder Recovery Support Group
This group is for individual in any stage of eating disorder recovery that would like general support and experience a sense of community and common humanity. Moderated by a eating disorder specialist, this group will be held virtually and support individuals 18 years of age and older, with any eating disorder diagnosis, disorder eating symptoms, or body image distress. Lead therapist will provide general talking points, cognitive therapy techniques, and education as needed to best support the group. Come willing to share, be encouraged, and not feel alone in this challenging but worthwhile journey!
