Therapy can help people connect with their innate ability to face and move through difficult situations, emotions, past traumatic or distressing experiences, and challenging mental health symptoms no matter how impossible it may seem. My goal is to provide a supportive space and evidence-based tools from multiple forms of therapy to help you manage all that life throws at you while creating room for more ease, happiness, confidence, connection, and more in your everyday life.
I am trained in Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR), Brainspotting, dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), acceptance and commitment therapy (ACT), cognitive behavior therapy (CBT), emotionally focused therapy (EFT), and trauma-sensitive yoga.
I work with adults and adolescents facing a wide range of challenges including trauma/PTSD, anxiety, OCD, depression, relationship issues, stress, ADHD, and more. I also provide couples counseling to help couples communicate more effectively, rebuild connection, and navigate challenges together.
