Hello! I’m Katie Helmick, a Licensed Clinical Social Worker dedicated to helping you navigate life’s heavy moments with compassion and clarity. I specialize in working with teens, adults, and couples who are navigating the challenges of depression, anxiety, trauma, infertility, and relationship distress.
