About
"(Humans) will do anything, no matter how absurd, to avoid facing (their) own soul(s)." - Carl Jung. I am looking to work with people who are ready to do this work. I want you to have a meaningful life, as YOU define it. If you don't know what you want, I hope our work together will help you find that. If you know what you want but keep running into the same obstacles, I hope to help you understand what those obstacles mean and show you how to work with them more effectively.
I know both personally and professionally the difficulties of depression, anxiety, poor self-esteem, trauma and relational issues. I specialize in working with the parts of yourself that you have not yet been able to change. I am told I'm compassionate, non-judgmental and will challenge you when needed.
Please know I am depth-oriented. If you think you prefer lighter work, we would probably not be a good fit. My wish for you is to find the kind of meaning and purpose you seek in life -- the kind that allows life to be deeply fulfilling. Warmly, Katie
