About
In a world that values instant-gratification and quick fixes, making the choice to pursue counseling is a brave and radical act of self-love. I wholeheartedly believe that you have inside of you everything that you need to change, grow and heal. My role is to facilitate and support that natural resource as we work together toward your goals. I specialize in working with adults and adolescents dealing with anxiety, depression, healing from trauma (past or present), navigating a difficult life transition, or those wanting to learn more about their own emotions and relationship patterns.
I believe in a mind-body-soul approach to therapy. The more connected you feel to all aspects of self, the greater clarity you gain and the more fulfilling life can be. This holistic approach to counseling bridges wellness and modern psychotherapy. I graduated with a Masters in Counseling Psychology from Walla Walla University, College Place.
It is such an honor to walk with clients through some of their hardest struggles and deepest healing. Our time together is an investment in your best self. I offer an hour that is purely for you. An hour to slow down, reflect, and have one of the most meaningful conversations of your week. Let's talk.
