About
I am an approachable therapist, focused on providing a non-judgmental space for clients to process life’s stressors. I am committed to working with you to accomplish your goals for a healthy, fulfilling life.
I am trained in Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR), a therapy used to process current and/or past trauma to reduce the effects it has on your life. I also have experience using Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Systems Training for Emotional Predictability and Problem Solving (STEPPS), mindfulness, and strength-based approaches.
