About
I am a licensed clinical social worker who is passionate about seeing others thrive. I feel honored to be a therapist and do my best to emphatically understand my clients’ thoughts, feelings, and behavior. I believe that the verbal sharing of experiences in a therapeutic relationship allows my clients to gain insight, develop awareness and foster growth. I feel that the therapeutic relationship is the driver for change in therapy.
In my role as a clinician, I aim to empower clients by focusing on their strengths, collaboratively creating goals and working towards positive outcomes together. I consider my style authentic, warm and results-oriented. I believe that therapy should be enjoyable and like to bring a sense of humor to sessions when appropriate.
I enjoy working with both individuals and couples. Contact me to get started!
