I enjoy working with college students and adults navigating anxiety/stress, life transitions, relationship problems, grief, and spiritual concerns. I have expertise in helping people with anxiety disorders, stress reduction, coping strategies, boundary setting, and internal/external conflict resolution. I use a combination of EMDR and IFS in therapy.
My clients find me kind, empathetic, and trustworthy. You can expect that counseling will be unique to your individuality! Because I want to make sure that all clients have access to services, I do offer a sliding-scale fee for clients as well. I look forward to working together!
