I believe that we are more than our hardest moments, biggest mistakes or difficult histories. Change and growth are possible, even after deeply painful experiences. My goal is to offer a safe and nurturing space where you don’t have to carry things alone and you can move toward healing and wholeness at a steady and sustainable pace.
I bring over a decade of experience with a focus on trauma, anxiety, depression, attachment wounds, complex PTSD, and support through major life transitions. I love to work with clients as they navigate life's difficulties and transitions. I work with teens and adults through the lifespan using a variety of modalities, primarily EMDR, CBT and DBT.
I came to this work through witnessing both the pain people carry and the resilience they often don’t recognize in themselves. I’ve seen how difficult experiences shape how we relate to ourselves and others, and how healing becomes possible when people feel understood, supported, and safe. It would be an honor to walk alongside you as you begin that work.
