As a therapist, I work with individuals and couples of all ages, focusing on ages 14+. I am passionate about helping those struggling with anxiety (health, relationship, general, etc.), ADHD, relationship issues, and life transitions. With whatever you bring to therapy, we will work together to find healing, with you as the expert of your own life.
